This notice explains what happens to the information you send through this website. Cheshire SEN Consultancy is run by Kate Bell, who is responsible for your information. You can contact Kate at cheshiresenconsultancy@gmail.com.

What I collect

If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address and the message you write. I don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.

Why I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you decide to work with me, to provide my services. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me, or taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement with you.

Who else sees it

Form messages are processed by Netlify, which hosts this website, and delivered to my email account. I don't sell or share your information with anyone else unless you ask me to, for example when I contact a school or Local Authority on your behalf.

How long I keep it

If we don't go on to work together, I delete enquiries within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
